Privacy

We collect only what a booking needs: your name, e-mail, phone, dates and the message you send us. This data is used to confirm your stay, prepare your arrival and contact you about it. It is stored securely on Cloudflare infrastructure and is never sold or shared with third parties, except payment providers when you pay online.

You can ask us to delete your data after your stay by writing to hello@the-floors.com.
