Kitchen
Induction hob, fridge, kettle, full set of dishes, cookware and cutlery, wine glasses. Cooking basics: oil, salt, pepper. Coffee and tea to start your first morning. No microwave.

Building & access
Blue Sky Tower is a 2025 complex on Heroes' Alley: marble lobby, 24/7 reception and security, fast lifts. Self check-in 24/7 with a smart lock — your personal code arrives on the morning of arrival, check in any time after 3 pm. Underground parking on request (paid); free street parking nearby.

A few honest details
- The view: the city, the stadium and the mountains in full; the sea and the bay on the horizon — beautiful at sunset, not a first-line beachfront.
- On match days Batumi Arena is lively for a couple of hours and street parking gets busy.
- The building is new (2025); some neighbours are still finishing their apartments — on the 33rd floor this is rarely audible.
- This is a private apartment, not a hotel: the studio is stocked for 2–3 days (toiletries, paper, coffee, tea); for longer stays you replenish what you use, or ask us to arrange it.
- The identical studio next door (The 33 · Sunset) is also ours — ideal for two couples or a family travelling together.
- Long stays are welcome — monthly rates apply automatically from 28 nights.
- Max 3 guests; no visitors after 11 pm. Quiet hours 11 pm – 7 am.
- No smoking or vaping anywhere, including the balcony — fine 500 GEL.
- No parties or events; no pets (service animals welcome).
- Switch off the climate and lights and close the balcony door when you leave.
- Check-out by 11 am: towels in the shower, rubbish in the bin, key card on the desk.
Check-in after 15:00, check-out by 11:00.
