House rules

Please treat the studio as your own home.

• Max 3 guests; no visitors after 11 pm. Quiet hours 11 pm – 7 am (building rule).
• No smoking or vaping anywhere in the apartment, including the balcony — fine 500 GEL and the cost of deep cleaning.
• No parties or events; no pets (service animals welcome).
• Please switch off the climate and lights and close the balcony door when you leave the studio.
• Check-out by 11 am: towels in the shower, rubbish in the bin, key card on the desk. The door locks itself, and your door code stops working at 11 am on the check-out day — make sure nothing is left inside.
• Lost key card or damage to the lock — at cost.

Check-in & check-out

Self check-in 24/7 with a smart lock: your personal code arrives on the morning of arrival. Check in any time after 3 pm; check-out by 11 am. Need a late check-out? Ask in advance and we will extend the code if the studio is free.

FAQ

Is the sea visible? The city, the stadium and the mountains in full; the sea and the bay are on the horizon — beautiful at sunset, not a first-line beachfront.
Parking? Underground parking on request (paid); free street parking next to the building.
Long stays? Welcome — weekly and monthly rates apply automatically.
