Cancellation policy

Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in — full refund.
Less than 7 days before check-in — 50% of the stay is refunded; the cleaning fee is always refunded.
No-show or cancellation after check-in — no refund.
Stays of 28 nights and longer: free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in; after that the first 30 nights are charged.

Direct bookings are confirmed by us within a few hours of your request. You are not charged until we confirm and send a secure payment link.
